They say birds of a feather flock together and that is so true in the non profit world. We are all involved so that we can give of our time, treasure and talent to serving others. I have learned over many years that non profits tend to focus on the service and not on the organization that holds it together. There are many moving parts…boards…fundraising….volunteer managment…grant writing…fundraising and general governance to name but a few.
